This is a Lexus that was parked near a fishing spot along the Duwamish River in WA . Apparently the owner did not realize that trains frequent these tracks.

FYI The outfall of the treatment plant in Renton is north of H arbor Island in Puget Sound. Industrial sites used to extend some distance upriver.

I just noticed the sign for Occidental next to the railroad sign. This must be between Safeco Field and Spokane St. No sewage treatment plants there.
